```Job Summary```
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a server/bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. ```Responsibilities```
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor customer alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food orders for customers.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required

```Requirements```

-Wine knowledge a plus
- Previous experience as a Server in a catering or restaurant setting
- Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and payment handling
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong time management skills to ensure timely service to customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of food safety regulations in the food service industry
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Hospitality-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional customer service

Pay: $12.25 - $13.25 per hour
