Position: Store Manager
Location: Corinth, MS
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: Base Pay Plus Commission.

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Store Manager to join our team and help us elevate our customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning including organization and cleanliness.
- Manage inventory, including sourcing, pricing, and displaying items.
- Utilize strong computer skills to manage data using Word, Excel, Sheets, and other software.
- Maintain and enhance our online presence through social media platforms.
- Handle online sales, with a focus on Ebay, Etsy, and other similar platforms.
- Provide exceptional customer service, both in-store and online.
- Collaborate with owners to develop and implement promotional strategies.
- Train and supervise store staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Sheets etc.
- Excellent communication and social media skills.
- Experience in selling on Ebay, Etsy, and other similar platforms.
- Back-end Ecommerce skills are a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Passion for antiques and collectibles is highly desirable.
- Previous retail management experience preferred.
