Rent-A-Center of Corbin KY, a leading home furnishings & rental purchase company is currently taking applications for Customer Account Manager. These are each full time positions requiring 40 hours per week.
CUSTOMER ACCOUNT MANAGER

Our customers trust you to deliver on the Rent-A-Center promise from the moment they walk into the store to the day they celebrate ownership. As a Customer Account Representative, you're the chief point of contact with our customers and you'll be responsible for delivery, set up and service of products in customer's homes and, when necessary, the return and refurbishment of the products. You'll work as part of a team to gain sales by helping customers identify and fulfill their product needs and work alongside the Store Manager to ensure timely payments of all accounts.
As a Customer Account Manager for Rent-A-Center your responsibilities would include:
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts activity, to include current and past due accounts
- Review past due accounts and communicate in person via phone with the customers to promote timely payments
- Collect customer payments on a timely basis and meet daily/weekly collections standards
- Load/unload truck per policy to safely protect coworker and merchandise- Install and set up merchandise, and instruct customers on proper use of merchandise
- Refurbish merchandise to like new condition
- Deliver and pick-up merchandise to/from customer homes as assigned
- Keep showroom and all store areas neat, clean, and organized including vacuuming, dusting, cleaning restrooms, and taking out trash.
Job Qualifications – all positions
- Computer literacy/proficiency
- Organizational and time management skills
- Friendly with exceptional communication and listening skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Preferred experience in sales, collection, or management position(s)
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Background check and drug test required
- Must be 21 years of age
- Heavy Lifting Required
