Job DescriptionThis position is eligible for a $1,500 recruitment bonus.
LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSEThe Iowa Corrections System is making significant strides to implement evidence-based practices system-wide that are proven to reduce victimization, reduce recidivism and enhance community safety.

In order to accomplish our mission and strategic priorities we will embed practices and policies that are supported by research and ensure that system-wide change sustains over time through leadership, data-driven decision making, continuous quality improvement, input from and investment in staff, and collaboration with other state agencies and community partners.
Minimum Qualification RequirementsLicensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse by the Iowa Board of Nursing or licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in accordance with the Nurse Licensure Compact Administrator's Agreement of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing.
