Our client in Coppell, TX is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative for their team! This position will be directly responsible for maintaining, responding, and providing solutions to customer inquiries via email, chat, or incoming calls.
Along with building trust and relationship with customer accounts through interactive conversations while also keeping records of all interactions. Requirements :
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to meet weekly / monthly quotas
- Must have resent experience in similar field
Hours : Monday to Friday 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM Benefits :
- 401K w / company match
- Medical insurance
- Paid time off
Salary / Pay Rate : $15.00 - $17.00 / Hourly
