Who We're Looking For: Strong technical background with a master's or PhD degree in engineering, mathematics, or computer science, focusing on AI/machine learning or mathematical optimization/operations research. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in software development, particularly in algorithms and optimization tools. Ability to translate business requirements into mathematical and quantitative models, adhering to best software development practices. Analytical mindset with a knack for solving complex technical challenges. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for seamless collaboration. Proficiency in Python and familiarity with development, debugging, test, and version control tools. Experience in graph theory, database management (preferably MS SQL Server), systems programming languages such as C , statistical and probability analysis, is a plus.
