Project Engineer

We are seeking a Project Engineer to work in a variety of projects of varying size in the renewable, refinery and chemical/petrochemical markets

The primary responsibility of the project engineer is to ensure the technical integrity of the project including compliance with the project scope, project specifications, accepted good engineering practices, Worley and our clients’ work processes, project schedule and overall budget. 

The Project Engineer is responsible for coordinating and scheduling all phases of engineering, and for the technical specifications necessary to acquire equipment and materials and the technical bid evaluations to procure equipment. 

You'll be:

  • Demonstrate full commitment to Safety and Quality;
  • Understand the various activities that are performed in the execution of EPC / EPCm projects
  • Ensure milestones are being met and deliverables are issued in-line with schedule. 
  • Understand Project Procedures, Execution Plans, Quality Plans and take responsibility in the proper execution of the project
  • Operational supervision over other project engineers when in a designated lead position 
  • Strong in organizing and managing engineering activities
  • Working knowledge of project control systems and Cost estimating, including Change Management and Risk Management
  • Assist in proposal coordination/compilation efforts
  • Understands contractual requirements for the project 
  • Strong communication skills

What you will bring :

·BS or MS degree in an Engineering field 

·Experience of Refinery, Petrochemical and/or Chemical Industries;

·Good spoken and written in English language
