Overview: We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Mover/Drivers. As a Mover/Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods and assisting with moving tasks. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: - Safely operate box trucks, tractor-trailers, and other vehicles to transport goods - Load and unload furniture, boxes, and other items from trucks - Secure items properly to prevent damage during transportation - Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure a smooth moving process - Use pallet jacks and other equipment to move heavy items within warehouses or storage facilities - Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment Requirements: - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Ability to drive various types of vehicles, including box trucks and vans - Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) - Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and customers - Previous experience in moving or related field is preferred but not required - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings Note: All positions at our company are paid positions, including internships.
