Best Western Cooperstown is Hiring a Housekeeping inspector Near Cooperstown, NY
We’re hiring a housekeeping room inspector to provide excellent sanitation and customer service to our hotel guests. You’ll be responsible for doing laundry inspecting rooms and reporting to the desk.
Compensation : $16.50

Responsibilities :
- Arrange for cleaning equipment repairs as needed and keep all other equipment in good working condition
- Handle the hiring and training of housekeeping staff so that they can achieve and exceed our standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction
- Track of areas cleaned by room attendants and contact the front office to handle room damage or maintenance needs
- Order cleaning supplies as needed, control inventory and manage the department budget
- Manage the daily tasks of the housekeeping department, including cleaning guest rooms and public areas
Qualifications :
- Applicants should be excellent leaders, detail-oriented, and demonstrate a commitment to customer service
- Strong understanding of environmental services (EVS) including cleaning processes and how to use a variety of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Over 2 years of experience in guest services or hospitality
- 3 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping management as an executive housekeeper, housekeeping director, or other similar position
