Classification: Summer-Seasonal, full-time, non-exempt position

Reports to: Concessions Manager & Operations Assistant

The Glimmerglass Festival seeks candidates for its parking services staff (summer-seasonal).

The primary responsibilities of this position shall include:

• Ability to provide excellent guest service while working in a very fast-paced environment
• Serve food, beverages, or desserts to customers in a very fast-paced environment
• Proper cash handling including, greet and service guests at the registers, taking orders, and accepting payments, handling cash, debit and credit cards
• Replenish foods at serving stations
• Prepare bills for food, using cash registers, calculators, or adding machines; and accept payment and make change.
• Scrub and polish counters, and other equipment, and clean dishes
• Inventory control: Assess inventory and assist in preparing product orders as necessary
• Stock and restock items as necessary
• Ensure all sanitation procedures are followed relating to all local licensing regulations

This position runs from mid-July – late- August.

$14.20/hour Eligible for overtime.
