Family Nurse Practitioner

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our Nephrology Department. The Nurse Practitioner will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to patients with kidney-related conditions under the supervision of our esteemed team of nephrologists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
• Managing chronic kidney disease (CKD), hypertension, and other nephrology-related conditions
• Performing dialysis-related procedures and providing ongoing dialysis care
• Educating patients and their families about kidney health, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Participating in research initiatives and quality improvement projects within the nephrology department

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
