We are looking for a Service Parts Coordinator who will work as a liaison between customer service, supply chain, and shipping, ensuring effective communication and hand-offs between departments in the fulfillment of aftermarket parts orders. In addition, other general tasks assisting the supply chain team. In addition, the Service Parts Coordinator will be responsible for other general tasks assisting the supply chain team.
Essential Competencies:
Work with AMS and/or contractors for items that have not shipped.
Requires the ability to visually recognize parts with out the HPx P/N.
Work with purchasing on required parts. Keep track of ship shorts.
Assist with inventory transfer process. Communication/data corresponded with: Warehouse, Purchasing, Shipping and Finance.
