ResponsibilitiesTeam Select Home Care is looking for an Area Director of Operations (ADC) to join our Team Select family. The Area Director of Operations is responsible for ensuring proper external recruitment, staffing and retention of field and office staff along with sales. The Area Director of Operations works closely with the Regional Director of Operations and the clinical management team to provide supervision and direction to the internal staff in multiple locations to achieve the office’s financial/operational goals, objectives and standards of performance.
  • Ensures that the Operations Manager is achieving all goals as applicable in multiple location.
  • Ensures that capable field and office staff are recruited, hired and retained.
  • Works closely with the Regional Director to attain the agency goals regarding finances, budgets, staffing and operations
  • Maintains excellent relationships with all internal and external customers and agencies
  • Displays effective leadership and relationship building skills
  • Develops and refines Operations Manager and Relationship Manager and Client Services Representative’s business acumen, leadership and all aspects of customer service
  • Ensures adherence to the policies and procedures of Team Select and holds staff accountable for carrying out the duties and processes as outlined in TSHC directives/ manuals
  • Ensures cost containment, effective utilization of staff within staffing guidelines
  • Demonstrates an ability to identify and solve problems with initiative / good judgment to reach quality decisions
  • Mentors and supervises the Operations Manager, Relationship Managers, Recruiters, Client Services Representatives, and other team members
  • Ensures compliance with all State, Federal, local, accrediting bodies and TSHC standards pertaining to staffing/intake, recruitment, screening, hiring process and retention.
  • Ensures that human resources/compliance requirements are met for all staff
  • Travel required
  • Performs all other job duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business/Marketing/Communications/Provider Relations preferred
  • Three- four years health care experience required in a supervisory/management capacity
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities in sales and operations
