**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling and fabricating products in a manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for having a solid understanding of company standards including processes and procedures, accuracy, specifications, timing, speed, and overall operating efficiency as well as limiting any waste.
**Duties:**
- Assemble products according to specifications
- Fabricate components using various tools
- Monitor finished goofs for quality compliance
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Able to work, in a various supporting roles, at established production rates
- Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Mechanical knowledge to operate power tools and hand tools effectively
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints
- Work effectively in a team environement
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
