Summary: Administers respiratory therapy and life support to patients with cardiopulmonary system deficiencies and abnormalities, providing safe, therapeutic care for patients from simple to complex, neonate to geriatrics.
Education: Graduate with an Associate's degree from an American Medical Association approved school for Respiratory Care.
Certification, Registration & Licensure: The applicant must hold a current American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification, NBRC registration, and a current New Hampshire State Respiratory Care license
Experience: At least one year.
Responsibilities: The role involves patient assessments, medication administration, documentation, self-involvement in departmental initiatives, intubation, workload management, preceptorship, utilization of hospital and departmental systems, and fulfilling departmental and hospital requirements.
