This role is perfect for individuals with one to three years of corporate finance experience. This is a hybrid opportunity with three days working onsite. This is an exciting opportunity to report to the Director of Finance and work closely with the Executive Leadership Team.
As a Financial Analyst, you'll delve into a diverse array of responsibilities, blending reporting with traditional finance functions such as forecasting, trending, and budgeting. You'll play a pivotal role in producing monthly financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Additionally, you'll oversee the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, contributing to the company's strategic planning and performance evaluation.
Your expertise will shine as you assist in crafting insightful board presentations and delve into the intricacies of key planning and performance metrics. You'll be at the forefront of refining systems, processes, dashboards, and metrics, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. Internal monthly performance reporting will also fall within your purview, providing critical insights for informed decision-making.
To thrive in this role, you'll bring a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline, coupled with up to three years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Oracle and/or other large ERP systems, along with Advanced Excel skills, will be advantageous.
