Compensation: $140,000 to $190,000 USD/Year (depending on experience)

About the Role:

Our client is urgently seeking a highly skilled SAP EWM Senior Consultant to join their team in Concord, NC. The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of SAP EWM consulting experience and be ready to independently manage EWM assignments. This role requires expertise in various warehouse management processes, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in issue management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for the EWM application, managing and resolving application-related issues.
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents and provide technical guidance to end-users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address underlying issues.

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of SAP EWM consulting experience.
• Expert knowledge of inbound/outbound and internal processes.
• Expertise in handling inter-company stock transport orders, intra-company stock transport orders, transfer postings, and physical inventory.
• Specialization in SAP EWM Warehouse Management and Logistics Execution.
• Experienced in defining storage areas and storage bins, monitoring stock movements, and using various put-away and picking strategies.
• Familiarity with interfacing and using radio frequency (RF) devices and the SAP console for warehouse transactions.
• Experience in warehouse capacity planning and warehouse order creation rules.
• Involvement in outbound processes such as goods issue, picking, loading, shipping, and billing.
• Ability to train client staff on process-related standard work tasks.
• Involvement in cross-docking processes, transportation planning, and execution.
• Integration skills with legacy systems via IDOCs and QRPF queue processing.
• Cross-functional knowledge of sales and distribution and order-to-cash processes.
• Competence in testing, change management, training, and SAP EWM implementation.
• Knowledge of SAP Best Practices - Embedded EWM and Decentralized.
• Experience working with an onsite/offshore model.
• Excellent English communication skills (speaking, presentation, written).
• Understanding of SAP Application Managed Service Processes, ticketing tools, change management, and ITIL processes.
• EWM certification is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• US citizens and Green Card holders preferred.
• Must be able to work in the North Carolina area or be willing to relocate at their own expense.
