**Responsibilities:**
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor and document patient conditions and vital signs
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop individualized care plans
- Provide patient education on disease prevention and management
- Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Respond effectively to medical emergencies
**Requirements:**
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in Medical/Surgical nursing
- Proficiency in pain management, health coaching, IV infusion, and discharge planning
- Experience in trauma medicine, long-term care, IV insertion, suturing, assisted living, and home community care is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- BLS and ACLS certification required
Job Types: Travel nursing, Contract
Pay: $2,486.00 - $2,603.00 per week
