Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth. If you have a passion for sales and a strong desire to contribute to a dynamic company, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through in-person meetings, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct site assessments and provide accurate and competitive quotes.
- Present and promote our range of services to potential clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cleaning or maintenance industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
