- Facebook profile and knowledge required
- Learn and comply with legal requirements that apply to the sale of manufactured homes
- Strong Communication Skills
- Ability to Negotiate & Problem Solve
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell manufactured homes
- Complete paperwork timely and accurately
- Complete financing timely and accurately
- Return customers calls within 24 hours
- Respond promptly to all management
- Must run assigned leads
- Adherence to Salesforce CRM
- Adherence to dress code
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Resolve customer inquiries
- Long hours, 5 day work week with weekend work required
Compensation:
- First year earning potential 100K
- Salary during training period
- Company Paid Medical Benefits
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
