Assistant Project Manager position perks:

- Assisting the Project Managers with administrative duties such as:
- Quoting
- Handling material releases
- Vendor follow-up
- Coding invoices for A/P
- Change orders and submittals
- Handling labor/delivery schedules
- Budgeting
- Quality control/assurance
- Administration of contracts, buyout of materials, documentation
- Cost control
- Project closeout
- 1-3 years' experience in project management in construction or manufacturing
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
- Skilled at reading blueprints and plans
- Ability to work autonomously
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual desired
