As a Broker, you will be responsible for marketing property listings, assisting clients in buying and selling properties, and providing guidance based on clients' needs and financial abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Market property listings and attract potential buyers
- Assist clients in buying and selling properties, ensuring the right price and terms
- Understand clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices in real estate
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients

- Proven track record in sales or customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of local real estate market is a plus
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Must be 18 years or older
