Diversified Systems.com is Hiring a Help Desk Analyst Near Columbus, OH

Help Desk AnalystOnsiteDescription:
DSI is searching for a Helpdesk Analyst 3 to assist with Hardware roll out in preparation for Windows 11 roll out (both with leveraging Windows Autopilot for new equipment and in place upgrade for equipment that can handle Windows 11).
Responsibilities:
  • Performs basic workstation troubleshooting and maintenance by collection of information to respond and or resolve routine tier 1 & 2 problems, including, but not limited to:
  • Provides telephone/remote support related to networking or connectivity issues.
  • Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.
  • Provides basic diagnosis, analysis and resolution of issues and customer(s).
  • Independently images and or re-images equipment in preparation for deployment.
Requirements:
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune preferred but not required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Autopilot preferred but not required.
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM (or similar ITIL tool) is preferred but not required.
  • Experience troubleshooting peripheral devices, including printers, scanners, and Apple mobile devices.
