Part Time Maintenance Tech
Columbus/Schuyler
This individual will be completing general maintenance for our Columbus and Schuyler locations. Some of the tasks will be as follows. Hanging shelves, caulking, changing light bulbs, painting, spraying weeds, some mowing, among other general duties. On occasion work with community vendors (plumbers, electricians, car repair shops, etc). This position is day hours Monday thru Thursday and is 10 - 26 hours per week. Schedule can be rearranged to fit individual needs.
Qualified individuals must have: a high school diploma or equivalent; a working home phone; current Nebraska Driver’s License. Preference will be given to applicants with maintenance knowledge and skills.
