Love Chapel is looking to find a motivated individual to fill the role of Program Services Director. This person will oversee all services offered to clients by Love Chapel, a Christian mission-based organization. The successful candidate will manage, monitor, and improve the food delivery systems, housing programs, and financial assistance office. This position also oversees special projects. Ideally, this position will become familiar with all aspects of the organization and serve as a back-up to the Executive Director.

Specific duties include :

• Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of the Food Pantry, Mobile Pantries, Latinx outreach pantries.
• Serve as backup for Food Pantry Manager during absences, vacations, and time off.
• Coordinate, manage and monitor special food projects, including Hot Meals and the Christmas Pantry.
• Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
• Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of the Housing Programs including the shelter and Transitional Housing.
• Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of the Financial Assistance Programs.
• Organize and carry out Hot Meal program, monitoring for execution, improvements, and responding to changing needs.
• Organize and carry out Christmas Pantry, monitoring for execution, improvements, and responding to changing needs.
• Attend meetings as assigned by the Executive Director. Eventually ensuring staffing presence at all appropriate meetings related to the areas listed.
• Regular weekly meeting with the Executive Director
• Working with the ED to plan the use of human resources. Assist in recruitment and placement of required staff.
• Supervise Food Pantry Manager, Shelter Manager, Outreach Coordinator, and Latinx Coordinator. Monitor and evaluate performance in partnership with the ED.

A successful candidate will possess a Batchelor’s Degree or higher in Human Services, Business, Sociology, Social Work, Counselling, or a related field, and possess 3 years of supervisory experience. Salary will be commensurate with experience.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
