- Carries out the Medical Group's general accounting, financial, and statistical reporting duties in compliance with established policies and accounting protocols.
- Carries out the physician pay programme in compliance with the terms of the contract.
- Creates the Medical Group's yearly budget in compliance with the Health System's and the Medical Group's short- and long-term strategies.
- Review internal controls in the Medical Group on a regular basis and make improvements as needed.
- Instructs subordinates in the aforementioned fields and keeps an eye on their performance to make sure financial obligations are met.
- Helps the hospital's CFO and the vice president of physician services create long- and short-term operations strategies, which may include cost-benefit studies, resource availability analysis, and service demand analyses.
- Three Years of Group Medical Experience in the Financial Services
- A bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
- Three years of increasing management expertise
- Strongly preferred are a master's degree and/or CPA.
