Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Information Technology to lead our IT department. This individual will be responsible for the overall strategy, planning, implementation, and management of all IT operations, ensuring they align with and support the company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction for the IT department, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Manage the IT budget and resources effectively, optimizing costs and ensuring efficient allocation.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of a secure and reliable Windows server infrastructure (Active Directory, Group Policy etc.).
• Manage and maintain desktop and user environments, including software deployment, patching, and user support.
• Implement and enforce robust IT security policies and procedures to safeguard company data and assets.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry best practices, recommending and implementing solutions that enhance business efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to understand their IT needs and provide effective solutions.
• Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing coaching and mentorship to ensure their development and success.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime in care of disruptions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within IT, preferably in a Windows environment.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful IT strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows Server administration (Active Directory, Group Policy, etc.)
• Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of IT professionals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
