Responsibilities
- Provide strategic oversight for all aspects of the facility's operations, encompassing clinical care, resident services, staffing, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
- Champion resident-centered care by developing and implementing policies that prioritize resident well-being and dignity.
- Motivate and inspire staff to create a supportive and collaborative work environment that fosters excellence.
- Ensure the facility's financial stability through effective resource management and budgeting.
- Cultivate positive relationships with residents, families, and the greater Columbiana community.
- Represent the facility professionally before regulatory agencies and professional organizations.
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Long-Term Care Administration, or a related field (strongly preferred).
- Current Alabama Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) License.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a long-term care setting.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements for nursing homes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- A compassionate and resident-centered approach to care.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
