Soliant is seeking multiple dedicated special education teachers to join our team in the Columbia, South Carolinaareafor the 2024-25 school year.

We have several positions available within the district with varying caseloads.This is a full-time, onsite rolethat involves working with students from kindergarten through 12th grade, and we offer weekly pay, great benefits, and guaranteed hours with this position!

What You'll Do :

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to differentiate instruction and accommodate the needs of students with disabilities
• Assess student progress regularly and adjust instructional strategies as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and progress towards IEP goals
• Provide instruction in a resource classroom and / or self contained classroom setting

What We're Looking For :

• Master's degree in Special Education or a related field
• Valid state-issuedlicensure as a Special Education Teacher (out of statelicenses are accepted)
• Experience with intellectual / learning disabilities preferred
• Strong understanding of special education laws and regulations
