Qualifications:
Minimum requirement for Substitute Teacher Certification (MO):
- *36 semester credit hours from a regionally accredited college or university OR complete a 20-hour DESE-approved course.*
- Must hold a degree and have completed a teacher preparation program OR apply for a Content Substitute Teacher Certificate through the Missouri Department of Elementary & Secondary Education (DESE).
