QualificationsRelevant and progressively responsible experience in an electric power-generating plant
Completion of a Plant System Operator Apprenticeship program is valued
Possession of a valid, unrestricted driver's license is required
Ability to coach and train others in ways that ensures understanding, performance, and with a focus on continuous improvement
