The candidate must bring a professional demeanor, a strong desire to excel and a be proven leader. The position requires creative design skills, superior hand and digital graphics, written communication abilities, and organizational proficiency. Under the supervision of senior staff, the candidate will work collaboratively in the production, design, and support of community master plans, parks and open space plans, civic spaces, commercial site plans, land use plans, residential subdivision plans, planting plans, construction drawings, technical specifications, and cost estimates. A working knowledge of regional plant material, construction practices, and municipal regulations is beneficial.
This is a full-time, in-office position, located in downtown Colorado Springs, situated within easy walking distance to trails, parks, and restaurants.

· A degree in Landscape Architecture.
· 5-10 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
· Must be a licensed Landscape Architect in Colorado.
· Must be flexible, and a team player.
· Experience with AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop and Sketch Up software is required.
· Experience with GIS, Lumion, Bluebeam and LandFX experience is desirable.
