Prior Legal Experience Required; Family Law and/or Estate Administration Experience Preferred
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Preparation of Correspondence, Pleadings, Discovery, Estate Planning Documents; Transcription; Review of Court Dockets; Electronic Filing of Documents with Court; Heavy Communication with Clients and Attorneys via Phone/Email; Management of Email through Outlook; Calendar Scheduling and Tracking of Meetings, Hearings, etc.; Open, Organize and Maintain Files; Process and Scan Incoming/Outgoing Mail.
Skills and Knowledge Requirements: Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills; Proficient with Computer Programs including Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook; Knowledge of Electronic Filing Requirements in Various Court Systems; Highly Organized with Ability to Multi-Task and Work under Deadlines; Attention to Detail a Must; Positive and Professional Demeanor and Ability to Work with Others.
