Role and Responsibilities: 

NO Experience required! RW Solutions is seeking a hardworking, reliable, and motivated Pizza Maker to join our Team. We are committed to providing a positive work environment, coupled with excellent training and advancement opportunities.

• Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas, ensuring each creation meets our high-quality standards for taste and presentation.
• Handle and prepare pizza ingredients with precision, ensuring freshness and optimal taste.
• Monitor food stock levels and replenish ingredients as needed
• Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment
• Assist with the packaging and delivery of pizzas as required
• Efficiently fulfill customer pizza orders, providing a positive and satisfying dining experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized pizza kitchen, including equipment and workstations, following food safety and sanitation standards.
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
• Cashiers may need to work during evenings, weekends, or holidays, depending on the hours of operation.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Education Requirements: 

• High School Diploma or GED 

Required Skills: 

• Strong commitment to high level of service and quality standards
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong sense of urgency; self-directed
• Previous experience as a Pizza Maker or in a similar role is (Preferred but not required)
• Knowledge of pizza preparation techniques and cooking methods.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating delicious pizzas.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive and team-oriented attitude.
