Job Title:

· Production Coordinator

Overview:

· We are a medical device manufacturer located in Canton, CT. We are looking for a self-starter to facilitate the production of CNC milled, custom surgical implants.

· This is a full-time, on-site, salaried position. Typical office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm.

· Primary responsibilities include CNC set-up and operation, programming, 3D printing, post processing, and assisting in administrative tasks.

Requirements:

· Applicable knowledge and willingness to learn advanced machine tools (i.e., 4-axis CNC).

· Instrumentation and Gaging skills required. Must be familiar with machinist tools and hand tools (micrometers, verniers, indicators, scales, bore gage).

· Must demonstrate a strong attention to detail.

· Must demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.

· Must be a team player, flexible, and self-directed /self-motivated and possess a positive attitude.

· Must be skilled at problem solving, thinking outside the box, and acceptable of change and innovation. Must be open to coaching and training with a willingness to learn.

· Position requires some physical effort, typical for a manufacturing environment.

· Advanced Manufacturing Certification required. Equivalent work experience will be considered.

· 3D printing experience preferred.

· CAD/CAM experience a plus.

· ISO 13485 and medical device experience a plus.

· Position may require occasional evening or weekend work.

· Background check required.
