About this Opportunity :
As a Procurement Support Specialist, you will build category strategy for assigned supplies, materials or services following approved buying programs using the established procurement policy ensuring the needs of internal customers are met.

In this role, you’ll get to :
Help to build and scale best practices in purchasing, sourcing, and vendor management across the company through support of our processes to employees across all entities and locations
Partner closely with the Procurement Manager on sourcing, procurement & requisitioning processes across organization via Workday.
Including supporting the Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order process - PO monitoring and approvals within certain spend classifications
Analyze monthly contract reports to identify spend and opportunities for cost reductions and work with identified business owners where applicable
Work with the legal department to ensure any contractual obligations are favorable to the company to include negotiating costs, quality, deadlines, expectations, and terms & conditions while ensuring deliverables match what business unit(s) intend for existing & new suppliers within certain spend thresholds.
Assist legal to ensure accurate and complete contract records are maintained
Partner with Procurement Manager to ensure end-to-end procurement process is followed
Partner with internal stakeholders, data analysis, strategy development, proposal analysis and contract review & negotiations
Proactively engage business leaders to understand their business strategies and objectives to align our work to help achieve them
Vendor relations and management, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
Able to communicate to audiences that include executives and cross functional leadership
We’re looking for talent who :
Has a Bachelor’s degree
Obtain Orion Industry Certification
Has minimum of 2 years in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Finance roles
Has experience in influence management, project management and team building skills
Preferably has project management experience in a corporate environment
Possess strong knowledge of the industry and market conditions
Demonstrated success in implementing best practices in a rapidly growing company
Strong contract negotiation skills, and experience working with leading global suppliers
Proficient in Workday software, or comparable is desired
Knowledge of the procurement, contract lifecycle, including RFP, vendor contract redlines process, and contract development
Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization

Salary Range :
$53,633.00 - $78,768.00
The pay listed in this posting indicates the estimated pay at the time of this posting; however, may vary depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
