Responsibilities- Governance Documentation & Advisory: Develop and update governance policies, while providing strategic advice and staying current with industry trends.
- Policy Compliance Monitoring: Implement monitoring processes for policy adherence and guide governance auditing and reporting.
- Customer Engagement & Training: Lead governance workshops, provide tailored solutions, and conduct training on Immuta's features.
- Continuous Improvement: Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve governance strategies and product features.
- Customer Expectation Management: Manage expectations and maintain clear communication for customer satisfaction.
- Customer Onboarding Support: Assist in customer onboarding with Immuta's features and address governance-related challenges.
- Migration Leadership: Guide migrations to Immuta and transitions from RBAC to ABAC, ensuring smooth policy integration.
