Pay Rate : $22.37 / hr
Overview :
Responsible for performing a variety of functions in assisting with the Finance Team including Invoicing of customer shipments, uploading invoices into customers database networks.
Assist with team member on monthly assignments. May perform other duties assigned or directed.
General Responsibilities
- Accurate and timely invoicing of customers in assigned Territories
- Invoice specific customers via electronic invoicing
- Assist in maintaining generator WIP pricing
- Enter and help maintain Veolia’s Invoicing Applications
- Prepare and present job costing analysis upon request
- Participate in review of transportation and disposal invoices from 3rd party vendors with team members identifying correct pricing
- Prepare Customer tracking reports upon request
- Communicate with vendors to obtain pricing when necessary
- Create specially formatted invoices in accordance with customer requests
- Assist in Preparing Monthly Territory Flash Reporting
