Overview:

Duties:

- Manage all aspects of the property, including maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Supervise on-site staff and contractors
- Handle tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants

Requirements:

- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to effectively manage conflicts and resolve issues
- Experience in facilities management and property leasing
- Knowledge of USDA Rural Development program regulations is a plus
- Familiarity with legal administrative tasks related to property management
- Experience with Yardi or similar property management software
