Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Installer at Barnes Monuments. The Installer will be responsible for installing various types of monuments and grave markers at different locations throughout Southeast and Central Kansas. The day-to-day tasks will include contacting cemetery caretakers, preparing the installation site, handling heavy equipment, and ensuring the proper placement and alignment of the monuments. Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity are required for this role. This is an on-site role.

Qualifications

• Experience in monument installation or similar field is not required but construction experience is a plus
• Knowledge of proper installation techniques and procedures
• Familiarity with handling and operating heavy equipment
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Experience in the funeral or cemetery industry is a plus
