Retention Sign-On Bonus Program RN/LPN
Effective 8/23/2022 , it shall be the policy of this center to offer a $2500.00 Retention (Sign-On) Bonus to Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) employees who are hired for either full or part-time employment. The bonus will be paid out in 3 installments of $833.33.00: The RN or LPN hits the 216-hour, 432-hour, and 864-hour worked marks.
*****12 hour shift (7pm - 7am) will receive a $3,000.00 Retention (Sign-On) Bonus. This bonus will be paid out in 3 installments.
