Retention Sign-On Bonus Program CNA
Effective 11/08/2022 , it shall be the policy of this center to offer a $1,000.00 Retention (Sign-On) Bonus to Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) employees who are hired for 7-3 shift on either full or part-time employment. The bonus will be paid out in 3 installments of $333.33.
Part-Time 11-7 Every other weekend.
Must be able to work every other Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Some of your Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Responsibilities include:
Assisting residents with ADLs, and work with the team toensure appropriate resident care is provided
Assisting at meals
Following infection control and center policies
Measuring and recording heights and weights temperatures,pulses, respirations and blood pressures (TPRs and B/P) as instructed
Reports all changes in residents’ condition to supervisor assoon as practical
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) QUALIFICATIONS:
• CNA(Certified Nursing Assistant) Certification by the State
• HighSchool Diploma or GED Preferred
• Experiencepreferred, not required
