Overview:
The Application Support Specialist provides application support for software implementation, staff and vendors. This position will be responsible for data entry and setup of applicable company applications. Will require both technical experience and the ability to interface with all levels of users. This position will also require user support as needed. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay and benefits.
Essential Functions

· Assist with the implementation of MS 365, ADDS, and Zoho migration (MS Dynamics GP)
· Assist in building out increased functionality within the Wholesale and Retail Accounting software.
· Assists with application and user support when needed.
· Data entry and data mining using Excel.
· Troubleshooting software.
· Maintain SharePoint files for increased user communication – such as training documents, various lists, general ledger, and user software such as GP/ADDS/Microsoft
· Assist with capturing and documenting processes within departments, software training and audits.
· Corrects data-entry errors and performs routine maintenance.
· Interact daily with vendors, company team members including but not limited to store management, merchandising, auditing, finance and operational accounting.
· Keeps management informed of progress and problems. Including required reporting.
Required Education and Experience
· Associates Degree Preferred
· 3 Years related experience.
· Proficient in Computer Software to include but not limited to Excel, Outlook, Teams & SharePoint.
· Knowledge of Wholesale Accounting Preferred
