Mark Carpenter Plumbing is seeking a dedicated and organized Training Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the training programs for our employees, ensuring that each team member has a clear and structured path for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document All Training: Keep thorough records of all training activities and progress.
• Utilize and Assign Training Methods: Implement various forms of training including:
  • Hands-on training in the field and in the training lab
  • Video-based training through Synergy Learning Systems
  • Virtual training via Interplay Learning
• Call Back Reviews: Collaborate with managers to review call backs, identify patterns, and adjust training to prevent recurring issues.
• Certification Progression: Oversee the progression of certifications such as Journeyman, NATE, EPA, and other continuing education programs.
• Track Employee Progress: Monitor and document the training progress of all employees, including technicians, apprentices, and administrative staff. Ensure every employee has a defined and structured pathway for career advancement.
• Participate in Training: Engage in training activities and go on ride-along to better understand the work and training needs.
• Onboarding New Hires: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including handling paperwork, conducting safety video sessions, and introductory classes about our company’s operations and expectations.
• Manage Documentation: Maintain and organize all training-related documentation using Google Drive.
• Quality Control: Perform service call quality control visits to ensure training standards are met.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Experience with various training methods and tools.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with managers and employees.
• Proficient in using Google Drive for documentation.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and employee development
