**Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all nursing operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our clients. This position requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of nursing practices in healthcare settings. Experiance with Kinnser/Wellsky helpful.

**Duties:**

- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures

- Supervise and mentor nursing staff

- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including HIPAA

- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care

- Review documentation for accuracy and completeness

- Uphold resident rights and promote a resident-centered care approach

**Experience:**

The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

- Previous experience in a nursing leadership role, preferably in assisted living or nursing home settings

- In-depth knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology

- Strong understanding of documentation review processes

- Ability to manage a team of nurses effectively

- Familiarity with resident rights regulations

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
