Job Overview:
We are seeking a Billing Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in billing processes and financial analysis, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in billing operations.
Duties:
- Review and analyze billing data to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies
- Prepare and process invoices
- Conduct account analysis to resolve discrepancies and issues
- Collaborate with internal team to address billing inquiries and concerns
- Utilize accounting software such as Tebra, Kareo, or similar tools for billing tasks
- Assist in office accounting functions related to billing
Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Preferable previous experience as a Billing Assistant or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
