This is a full-time position that requires knowledge and dedication. We are looking to hire someone that has a background in Customer Service & Inside Sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
To succeed in this position you need to be able to help alleviate customer frustration with an empathetic and solution oriented mind set.
Experience multi-tasking with computer programs on multiple screens, while on the phone is a requirement. You will be the primary person in charge of answering all inbound phone calls and following up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
