LPW Group is Hiring a Quality Assurance Technician Near Cleveland, TX

Roles & Responsibilities

For this position, day-to-day responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to:

  • Assist in implementing organization’s quality management system
  • Assist in monitoring production process and execute testing requirement as identified
  • Liaise with subcontractors on testing and its reports
  • Organize and summarize test results and prepare related report to certify that the product meets the requirements
  • Develop purchase orders to subcontractors as required
  • Liaise with Customers on quality requirements.
  • Document control and quality record maintenance
  • Other duties as required by Quality Management System

  • Strong Communication: To be a strong, detailed communicator in a fast-paced environment in order for things to run smoothly.
  • Computer proficiency: Competent proficiency in computer’s, including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, etc.
  • Detail Oriented: Ability to focus on details while multi-tasking in a high-pressure, deadline- driven environment. A strong attention to detail is crucial in any process documentation created by the QA technician.
  • Quality Oriented:

    • Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
    • Ability to read and understand standards and specifications
    • Ability to adopt new process and changes as part of continual improvement
    • Ability to analyze and interpret information
    • Natural problem-solvers based on identified root cause
    • Strong attention to the details in decision making
  • Organizational skills:

    • Time management to meet the requirements before deadline
    • Well organized and structured to meet multi-tasking in a high-pressure environment
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Excellent and strong work ethic

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in similar position in manufacturing industry
  • Knowledgeable and understanding in Quality Management System like ISO 9001, etc.
  • High School Diploma
