HW&Co. CPAs and Advisors is Hiring a Marketing Specialist (full-time) Near Cleveland, OH

HW&Co. is a public accounting and consulting firm with around 150 people across five locations in Cleveland, Columbus, and Mansfield. We provide comprehensive business advisory and financial services in auditing and assurance, healthcare, private business advisory, revenue cycle, and tax. Our clients include agribusiness, manufacturing, and privately held companies to name a few, and our specialties lie within healthcare and non-profit clientele.
Job Description -HW&Co. is currently seeking a Marketing Specialist for our Marketing department in the Woodmere office. Marketing Specialists are responsible for accomplishing the business development strategies identified to drive firm growth, and report to the Marketing Director. They integrate digital marketing assets including e-newsletters, Firm website, and social media presence.
We're exploring options for both full-time and part-time candidates for this position and it has been posted as both. A full-time schedule is 40 hours per week across five working days (Monday through Friday). A part-time standard schedule would be 24-30 hours per week, across 3-5 working days. This position is fully on-site.Job Responsibilities -Support the Firm's mission and values by exhibiting the following behaviors:

Become familiar with the Firm's policies and procedures
Perform the following marketing duties:
  • Post articles and content to the firm website
  • Monitor Google Analytics for insights on digital marketing performance and make adjustments as needed
  • Manage social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube)
  • Maintain the Firm's mailing list
  • Identify and use external and internal resources to continuously improve digital marketing execution
  • Analyze digital campaign results and make recommendations on ways to improve the success of digital marketing efforts
Perform other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications -
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience within a professional setting (business to business is preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, and/or marketing, or a comparable level of education and experience
  • Experience with business writing, managing/reporting for social media platforms, and updating a company website
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy
  • Expert in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word (Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and Microsoft Excel are preferred)
  • Great verbal and written communication skills - Top-notch editing and proofreading
  • Social media savvy - Be familiar with the most current social media platforms and their effectiveness in promoting services to targeted audiences
  • The ability to interact with clients and employees of all levels of the Firm
  • Understanding of CRM software (HubSpot is preferred) and marketing automation
  • Understanding of SEM/SEO
