Location: Cleveland, OH - On-Site - Flexible Schedule
Salary: $80k-$120k DOE
Requirements: BS in Electrical Engineering or related field, 3 years experience, Project Management and Circuit Board Design

What You Will Be Doing
- Design, develop, and test high-quality hardware systems and components
- Consult on hardware projects and offer technical solutions
- Create comprehensive documentation for hardware systems
- Ensure hardware systems are reliable and meet customer requirements
- Design and develop hardware systems and components
- Create and review documentation for hardware systems
- Monitor and troubleshoot hardware systems
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Consult with other departments in the development process
- Manage and coordinate hardware projects
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or Similar Degree
- 3 Years Relevant Experience
- Some Product and Project Management
- Continous Improvement Mindset and Customer Focus in a Team Environment
